Linda Nedilsky

Linda Nedilsky, Myofascial Release Stretching Specialist, Licensed Massage Therapist and certified personal trainer brings over 20 years of experience in fitness and wellness to her role as the owner of Stretch 2 Better Health. She opened her own personal training business in 2002, seeing clients in their homes, and later purchased her first personal training studio in 2004. Linda then transitioned into bodywork in 2010 receiving her license in Massage therapy and continuing her education in the field of Myofascial Release Bodywork and Stretching Techniques.  Linda received training and became a Kinesiology Tape practitioner through the Kinesio University, founded by Dr. Kenzo Kaze, pioneer of Kinesio taping techniques.   

Excelling in the John F. Barnes’ Myofascial Release Approach (MFR). Linda has amassed more than 500 hours mastering Myofascial Release Techniques, as put forth by the world-renowned John F. Barnes. Additionally, her approach to health and wellness has been heavily influenced by

the work of Juan Carlos Santana, the celebrated master of functional training and founder of the Institute of Human Performance (IHP).

Linda’s expertise in the John F. Barnes Myofascial Release Approach makes her a sought-after specialist for pain and stress release. This safe, gentle, and effective therapy is increasingly recognized as the missing link in healthcare for chronic pain issues. The MFR technique uses gentle muscle fiber elongation (stretching), compression techniques, that offer long lasting results.

Throughout her career, Linda has worked with a diverse clientele, ranging from professional dancers and NFL and NBA athletes to young newcomers and the young at heart. Her gentle, safe approach to Myofascial Release Stretching techniques have been shown to have a high success rate in reducing pain and stiffness associated with overuse injuries, sedentary lifestyle, poor posture. Linda takes time to teach her clients how to self-treat at home to keep their bodies in top condition and free from pain and stiffness.
